How much is it to ship my purchases?

  • Shipping is free for all orders over $100 in the USA.  For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How will my scrubs be packaged?

  • Your order will be packed in standard shipping boxes or bags appropriate to their size and weight.
  • Inside you'll find your Essential Threads tucked into custom reusable fabric bags.  

Carry your Essential Threads bag to work, to the gym--anywhere you need to tote a change of clothes, workout shoes, a few groceries, or anything else a busy professional needs throughout your day!  We especially like the idea shared with us from Becky, a clinical nurse specialist in Oregon:

My Essential Threads tote is just the right size for my "Go Bag".  If I get called in on an emergency, or if there is a chance of bad weather and I might stay late, I grab my Go Bag to take with me. Inside is a water bottle, a toothbrush, underwear and socks, dry shampoo, and some basic makeup. I keep it in the garage by my car so I can grab it as I head out the door.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at lisa@essentialthreads.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

    Work well to repel

    I am weary of buying expensive scrubs before trying them on, but these are worth it! The length of the legs is perfect, I like the more tailored skinny leg on the pants, and the waist was higher than other brands. They work well to repel water and I like knowing they're anti-microbial, especially with this seasons flu. I will buy again!
