  • Use this form to order basic name/practice/title embroidery.
  • Double check your spelling and placement before submission.
  • Embroidered items are FINAL SALE.
  • Orders with embroidered items will take up to two additional weeks to ship.
  • Embroidery fee:  $14 (includes one or two lines) per garment.

    Work well to repel

    I am weary of buying expensive scrubs before trying them on, but these are worth it! The length of the legs is perfect, I like the more tailored skinny leg on the pants, and the waist was higher than other brands.
